This is the new homebrew section it will be updated dailly. these pages will not contain any downgraders as i don't want to be responcible for bricking your psp, instead there will be eloaders which you will need Grand Theft Auto : Liberty City Stories to work. The good news though is that hombrew works on 2.0 upto 2.6.Here is the latest version of the eloader below:
